As mutual friend and real estate agent, Marie brings by prospective buyers, Brooke realizes that her ex-girlfriend, Lauren has moved on and that the sale of their house is inevitable. Unfortunately, the former couple is forced to live together until that time. As they go through their belongings and try to figure out what belongs to whom, there is a glimmer of evidence that shows that there was once a very strong, healthy relationship between the two. While exiled to the guest room, Brooke finally comes to terms with reality and decides which path to take next.
