Moonlight and Pretzels Reviews

A tasty musical featuring Pryor as a song plugger stranded in an uneventful small town during the Depression. Glamor girl Brian lends a hand when Pryor tries to put on a Broadway show backed by wealthy gambler Carrillo. The highlight of the film is Miles' delivery of "Honey Are You Makin' Any Money?" (Herman Hupfeld, Sammy Fain, Al Siegel). Other songs include "Ah, But Is It Love?" "There's a Little Bit of You in Every Love Song" (Hupfeld, Fain, Siegel), "Moonlight and Pretzels," "Dusty Shoes," "Let's Make Love Like the Crocodiles" (E.Y. Harburg, Jay Gorney), "Gotta Get Up and Go to Work" (Hupfeld).
