Leung Ping, a lonely diner waiter with a penchant for underworld tales, finds himself drawn to the legendary gangster Long Ching, whose exploits are amplified by his friend White Flower Oil. As Leung Ping's ties to the underworld deepen, he unwittingly becomes part of their world, eventually joining Long Ching's ranks. Long Ching's charisma and social skills leave Leung Ping in awe. However, a dispute at a cinema between Long Ching's crew and movie star-turned-gangster Lui Lone sparks a bitter feud. Humiliated by Lui Lone over rumors spread by his gang 'Fuk Shing', Leung Ping retaliates by desecrating Lui Lone's father's grave, escalating tensions. The situation spirals out of control, leading to Long Ching's unfortunate death. As Leung Ping seeks revenge for Long Ching, he meets an absurd end.
