A partial talkie, with Crawford as a designer for an exclusive dressmaking shop who, in order to keep her estate, must keep her marriage to Chase a secret. Chase poses as the butler and sneaks in and out of Crawford's house before the waking neighbors notice. A well-directed and witty romantic comedy.
