'Modern Life Is Rubbish' is a bitter-sweet, tender and heartfelt glance at a dying relationship. As wannabe rock-star Liam and down-to-earth Natalie complete the painful process of separating their CD collection, we see glimpses of what brought them together in the first place and...what is now tearing them apart. Through their shared love of music, and their different philosophical standpoints,we gradually chart the tragic/comic downfall of a once burning love whose flame may be about to extinguish, forever.
