In their cozy suburban home, Midge and Harold awake for another day of trying to look like the perfect couple. When their overly helpful, overly macho neighbor Stan insists on helping out around the house, Midge urges Harold to step up and be the 'powerful man? thats expected of him. When war strikes their Suburban neighborhood, its citizens are forced to retreat into the relative safety of the woods. Separated from their comfortable lifestyle, but not from their neighbors, the couple continue their quest to turn Harold into a paragon of manliness. After a botched spear fishing expedition sends Midge off to repair her weapon, Harold is left defenseless in the woods. Stan emerges from the forest, once again proving himself a little too helpful for Harold's liking. Harold accuses Stan of showing off to Midge with surprising results...
