Pratap Singh meets with an accident and passes away while on his way to the bank with confidential details in a briefcase .Julie assistant of Kakasaheb confirms his death and takes a away the briefcase along with her.On her way she meets Bajjya whose in the city in search of work.In order to escape from the cops Julie makes Bajjya run away with the briefcase who dumps it in a lake same time he comes across Nana who offers him to work in his garage.Pratap Singh's sister Kamini returns to the country on getting the news of his death and sees Kakasaheb in a very bad health.One night Julie's car breaks down and she comes to Nana's garage where he Bajjya helps her but she fails to recognize Bajjya.She forgets her bungalow key in the garage while Bajjya and Nana go in search of her.Where they see her blind husband Robert who tells them that he is not blind and knows everything about Julie and Kakasaheb's plan and Pratap Singh was killed by them.Robert tells them that their next target is Kamini and she can be saved only if Bajjya and Nana pretend to be from the side of Kakasaheb and Julie.
