The past has left him bruised, and the future is not promising either. And with a face that invites trouble, an ailing, washed-up musician roams the city's dark, rain-soaked streets searching for hope. Then, knowing that he is running out of time and options, the pill-popping loner crosses paths with a taciturn 19-year-old guitarist, and an unexpected bond begins to form in a world rife with decadence, lost souls, and peril. However, can the grizzled stranger restore faith in humankind?
