This offering shows Our Gang of kids who have formed among themselves the order of the Cluck Cluck Clans. The principal comedy angles are shown during their initiation exercises which are held in an old barn. It so happens on the night of a special initiation that a celebrated [black] lecturer is in town giving a talk. Incidentally on the same evening, a gang of auto thieves have chosen to steal a machine and on being pursued, seek refuge in this same barn where the initiation is going on. This disrupts the proceedings and the kids in terror seek to escape from the barn. In so doing some of them take refuge in the stolen car which a little later proceeds on its way. The Alarm has been sounded however, and the police set out in pursuit and through the efforts of the kids left behind and also those left in the car, the bandits are captured and the kids see visions of wonderful times in spending their reward for the capture of the thieves.
