Liszt is facing a lack of inspiration in his life, in spite of being one of the most famous concert pianists of his time. Then he encounters a young gypsy boy, Josy, who's spirited love of music touches the jaded composer. Strong wills collide as Liszt tries to tame Josy's playing into world-class form, and Josy teaches Liszt to feel the music in his soul.
