François, a modest journalist, has to write an article about the life of a P3 worker. But Claude doesn't want to talk about work-he has other concerns: his wife, Lily, has just left him. Moved by Claude's sadness, François does everything he can to bring the couple back together. He takes him to see his friend Johnny box, who, despite a defeat, tries to cheer him up. Claude feels very grateful for the support, but all he really wants is Lily-a Lily who stubbornly refuses to open the door to her room.
