Gilead and Noah meet at the funeral of their father. Half-brothers, they do not have much in common, if not a collection of personal failures. Convinced that the evil eye pursues since their father has stolen a sacred relic, Gilead convinces Noah to act. Improvising adventurers, the two men go in search of the stolen property.
