Tanuja Sardeshmukh daughter of a well-known builder Satyendra Sardeshmukh she lives a lavish and fast life.Abhay Mohite a bright student belonging to poor background comes across her and hates her nature as she is misusing the fame of her father they both fall in love when Abhay saves Tanuja falling from a cliff during a college picnic.Abhay gets a steady job and decides to marry Tanuja but her father Sardeshmukh tells him that he should buy a house in three months and the get married.Abhay is framed for robbery and fired from his job and Tanuja finds it was Sardeshmukh's plan as he feels Abhay is not of his status.Abay travels to Satara for an interview where he saves Appaji who offers to work with him where Abhay finds that things aren't good in the company where as Appaji's nephew Mohan is behind his wealth.While Tanuja waits for his return.
