Inspector Bandurang Bhogle gets frequent calls from a man called Kalshekar saying his life is in danger.Bhogle travels for the wedding of his niece Pallavi who runs away with her lover Pitamber.Pitamber's friends have arranged their wedding and planned them a honeymoon in a resort.While Bhogale and others are chasing their car they find a letter in dash box that his friends have failed to arrange their honeymoon.In order to escape from Bhogle and others Pitambar and Pallavi take shelter in a huge bungalow where they feel that owner is out of town they both decide to start their honeymoon until they find a dead body in the house.Few hours later a man comes to ask if its the bungalow of Kalshekar.Its then that Pitamber and Pallavi realize that the dead person is millionaire Kalshekar who could have been killed for his property.The whole night series of events take place where Pitamber and Pallavi pretend in front of everyone that Kalshekar alive.
