Anand and Binu are techies and happily married couple in Bangalore, who are transferred to Thiruvananthapuram as part of their job. However, their happiness is short lived when Anand finds that Binu's name is present in the "Kerala Anti-social Activities Prevention Act" (KAAPA) because of news stories that carried her name along with crimes she allegedly committed. He tries to clear Binu's name, claiming that she is innocent, and seeks out Kotta Madhu, the city's leading gangster, and his wife Prameela for their help. While trying to clear Binu's name, Anand inadvertently gets caught up between the local gang wars.
