The film follows a couple, Kunal and Arti, who have just moved into a new house. Arti, who is a journalist, finds herself stuck in a time loop, living the same day repeatedly. After a few repeats, she realizes an another journalist is in danger, and he is in a different year, not in the present year, and he must be saved to break the loop. With each new loop, she learns more about her situation and comes closer to uncovering the truth. She must use her wits and courage to save the journalist and break the time loop.
