A trip taken by James Dannaldson through the Brazilian jungles is recorded by camera, and narrated by Frank Buck with the main point being the capture of Jacare, vicious alligator-like reptiles, the most deadly beasts alive. Before the climax, there are scenes of the capture of other beasts, and pictures of a fight between a man and an anaconda.
