Mestizo Daniel Morell (Francesco Quinn) returns after years of service with the U.S. Special Forces to visit his father, the chief of a native tribe settlement where he grew up. Instead of the long-awaited peace, he discovers that the indigenous people are being terrorized and slaughtered by a corporation that plans to log the forest and build a highway through it. He reports a massacre of a neighboring settlement that he witnessed at the police station, but is falsely accused and imprisoned. He manages to escape, and upon discovering that his father has been killed and the settlement burned, he takes justice into his own hands. He pours sugar into the fuel and oil tanks of bulldozers and steals materials to make explosives. He leads a guerrilla war that is unequal, as the corporation is protected by bribed police and security forces.
