Suresh Gopi plays IG Durga Prasad who arrested a gang involved in illegal money exchange operation. Chief Minister (Rajan P Dev) calls a meeting and realize the source of money was from terrorist activities. Fearing terrorist activities CM orders that Anti Terrorists Squad be formed with Durga Prasad as head and he is ordered to report to CM once a week. The human right guys alleges that he harasses some people known to support terrorism. The pressure increases on Durga as investigation progresses. But still he goes on his investigation. He comes to know that his younger brother is also among the terrorists and he shoots him down as he attempted to throw a grenade at him with other terrorists
