Everybody hustles in Los Angeles where suicides, strip joints, shootouts, porno movies, the mob and murder combine in a collage. Tasked with investigating the suspicious suicide of a young girl, Lieutenant Phil Gaines is drawn into this dark web when he discovers a connection between the death, a corrupt local attorney and his call-girl girlfriend.
