In order to avenge the killings of his family members at the hands of four outlaws, Chakradhar, Bhootnath, Nainsukh and Hunterwala; Kamal Verma takes the assistance of Vijay Kumar - Vijay is a modern day Robin Hood, who rob money and jewelery from the rich and distributes it to the poor. While Kamal's older Assistant Commissioner of Police brother, Ravi will not permit him to break the law similarly he will leave no stone unturned in arresting Robin Hood.
