Hugo 2

"In 20 years time nobody will remember Auschwitz" says Hugo Lev, a Holocaust survivor to his son, Yair, "But it doesn't bother me. I will not be around". The film "Hugo" (1989) told the remarkable, strange and funny story of survival in the Holocaust of Hugo Lev (b.1926), the director's father. Its motto was: "One needs a sense of humor to survive". "Hugo 2" its sequel, does not deal with the past, not even with the present in which the director follows his old and physically deteriorating father. After realizing that their impossible relationship is not going to ever change and that you can't avoid the destructive influence of The Holocaust on Hugo, the director is impelled to set off to a different direction. Sadly He understands that he has to farewell his father still alive. And so, the film shifts its gaze to the future and asks existentialist questions about remembering and keeping the legacy of the survivors. It's a film, shot during the last four years, where the "2nd Generation" (of Holocaust survivor) director passes - with a hand held camera - the 'Holocaust torch" from his father to his "3rd Generation" son Yahli (b. 2000), who has a troubled relationship with his grandfather as well. Will the children of the "3rd Generation" be able to save the Holocaust from oblivion?

The inspiring story of the team that transcended its sport and united a nation with a new feeling of hope. Based on the true story of one of the greatest moments in sports history, this tale captures a time and place where differences could be settled by games and a cold war could be put on ice. In 1980, the United States Ice Hockey team's coach, Herb Brooks, took a ragtag squad of college kids up against the legendary juggernaut from the Soviet Union at the Olympic Games. Despite the long odds, Team USA carried the pride of a nation yearning for a distraction from world events. With the world watching, the team rose to the occasion, prompting broadcaster Al Michaels' now famous question to the millions viewing at home: Do you believe in miracles? Yes!
