After an inter-dimensional portal is opened to Duckworld, the cigar-chomping fast-talking, beer-loving Howard is transported to Cleveland. Upon his arrival in Ohio, the anthropomorphic waterfowl befriends local musician Beverly, faces the evil Dark Overlord, and eventually must choose whether to stay or return home.
