Mike, Joey, Paul and James are four working-class friends living in Brooklyn, New York City who find a stash of stolen diamonds after a botched burglary and decide to keep the stolen loot for themselves. While deciding who to fence the stolen diamonds with, they are soon sought after by the local Mafia and the police who are each determined to find the diamonds for their own self interest as the four friends get deeper into trouble until it may be too late to get out.
