Haneen, a woman in her mid-60s, lives alone. Her husband and son are absent - only their memory lingers. The municipal authorities arrive on her street and hang uniform plastic numbers on all the houses. With her usual determination, Haneen removes her number. She meets Salem, a new boy in the neighborhood. He steals oranges from her garden and they become friends. Their relationship deepens when the Army arrests Salem's father. For three days we live with Haneen, in nostalgia for her husband, son and former life. She lives her past and present in solitude waiting for unanswered letters to be returned.
