Solange, a woman in her fifties who works as a cashier in a small Parisian theater. When the theater closes and she loses her job, Solange is suddenly confronted with unemployment, loneliness, and a deep personal crisis. Unable to accept this abrupt change in her life, she withdraws into memories of her past, particularly those of a youthful love she once knew in Corsica.
