Falgun and Gautam are best friends and desperately in need of money as Falgun has many creditors and Gautam needs to operate his younger brother they cant arrange the money my legal means hence decide to go the wrong way by kidnapping a Kalpana Korde daughter of rich businessman Mr Korde, Gautam and Falgun manage to kidnap Kalpana but the story takes a twist when Kalpana tells them she is happy to be kidnapped and asks them to call her and demand money from him what she wants as her father doesn't give her much pocket money Kalpana starts dominating Falgun and Gautam and asks them not to leave the bungalow without informing her meanwhile. Ashwini wife of Falgun is very depressed as there is no news of Falgun since many days and Mr Korde is not in a mood to bend towards the kidnapping amount and asks Inspector Putane to investigate the case and also contacts Ganu Pehlwan to find about Kalpana.
