Frank, a chef working in Las Vegas, meets and falls for Lola - a mysterious young woman who is new to the city. The pair build an intense relationship to save each other from their mutual despair, but cracks begin to show when a man from Lola's past threatens their happiness and Frank becomes increasingly obsessed with salvaging their bond.
