A doctor experimenting with a cure for radiation poisoning takes his test subjects from Alcatraz prison. When one prisoner is murdered, the doctor is the first to be accused and it is up to himself to find the real killer and clear his name.

Howard is a doctor testing a radioactive drug on convicts in return for pardons should they survive. One of the men appears to go nuts and kills another inmate, and the experiment is threatened. Howard can't find any reason for his drug to have had such an effect, so he digs around and discovers that the dead man had a fortune hidden away that the killer, Shayne, wanted. Howard gets himself murdered for his troubles, but his experiment is vindicated. Okay programmer.
