Commissioned to create a documentary aiming to transform societal habits with detrimental effects on animals, Ed Antoja quickly discovers his ignorance in the animal protection movement. To complete the project, he realizes he must first convince himself. During filming, he encounters Jenny Berengueras from the organization FAADA (Asesoramiento y Acción en Defensa de los Animales), who dispels his fears and assists him in exploring ways to live more responsibly towards animals. Numerous transformative changes ensue, impacting his eating, dressing, and shopping habits, as well as influencing his family, friends, and colleagues. To navigate this journey, Ed draws on the experiences of five individuals who adopted a similar lifestyle long ago and seeks advice from various experts in these fields. Will 'Empatía' be a project that changes Ed's life forever?
