It's Christmastime on Sesame Street and everyone is in the spirit of the holiday (Oscar is the only Scrooge). And no one is more excited than red furry Elmo. When Santa Claus gives Elmo a magical snow globe for his Christmas present, he unwittingly wishes that Christmas was every day. With new reindeer friend Lightning, Elmo sees everyone celebrating one day after the other. Grover is selling countless Christmas Trees, Big Bird is heartbroken at not seeing Snuffy and everyone is singing constantly. But soon Elmo realizes that he made a big mistake. Guest Starring Charles Durning as Santa, Harvey Fierstein as the Easter Bunny and narrated by Maya Angelou.
