Set within a dilapidated neighborhood in Manila, 14 year old Jason dreams of having a drum set. His brother Billy gets his girlfriend pregnant and needs to come up with money to pay for her abortion. Their friend Pablo gets evicted from his apartment and ends up staying at their house for a few days. Pablo then devises a plan to get the money they need .
