Retired commissioner lives with his wife and children having huge family.Three sons Madan,Sunder and Chandu and daughter Nita.Madan and Sunder are married with kids while Chandu is a student in love with Vandana.Saddu a big hearten person ready to help everyone and providing the family with daily necessities considers the family as his own.Commissioner passes away on the engagement of Chandu and Vandana and Madan and Sunder find that he has left huge debt and want Chandu's wedding to take place soon as Vandana is a daughter of rich person.Vandana's father declines the marriage as he wants Chandu to leave with his family after marriage but he refuses.The huge family parts ways and the daughter in law take control of their house making their mother in law and Nita live at their mercy.The family finds home in Saddu's house and Chandu starts to work in Hotel Francis as waiter but soon becomes manager due to his good work.Saddu and Chandu then enter hotel business as his brothers and want to put them in debts for their wrong doings.
