Anger is a natural emotion. The immediate instinct when angered is to lash out at the person, thing and/or situation that caused the anger, and if the anger is not dealt with to let that anger fester. This situation is especially true for children, who have less experience in how to manage their anger properly. In a few examples, the film shows children who were angered, their immediate reaction when the anger started and what happened if they let that anger fester. The physiological effects of anger on the body are presented, and the importance of dealing with anger to overcome these physiological effects are emphasized. Constructive ways to deal with anger are then presented.
