This stylized and lyrical short film portrait of artist Derek Jarman's childhood awakening in 1950s England was filmed at Jarman's famous Prospect Cottage in Dungeness and acquired for preservation by the British Film Institute's National Archive. Director Matthew Mishory's first film, Delphinium was named among the BFI's 50 LGBTQ+ Classics. In 2025, it was restored and remastered in 4K.
