A young child from a mixed race family leaves the metropolitan city of Los Angeles to visit their grandparents in the rural South. One side is Black, while the other side is White. The grand parents have been feuding for years and desperately want the child to show allegiance by choosing a side. The grand parents try to show the child why one race is better than the other. This only confuses the child even more because the child identifies with being a part of both families. Can the child help heal old wounds and be the guiding force for change and acceptance?
