Christmas in the Pines
Ariel secretly buys a cottage for her family before Christmas--only to find out that Mark has purchased the same cottage; the mystical owner has somehow sold it to both of them so they now co-own it. The problem is that the sales contract says that should one of them leave the property, the ownership automatically goes to the other party. Now they must stay in the cottage that they both want, to try to sort things out. They call in both their families to help but they seems to get along too well to be of any help. Christmas is closing in with no solution in sight.
