Bernard, actor-screenwriter, Antoine, second-hand dealer and unrepentant collector, Raphaël, inventor of genius and an old obsessed with television do not know each other. However, they all end up together in the hospital, following a traffic accident. After the usual presentations, everyone resumes the course of their thoughts until the untimely intervention of the head doctor, who does not like the clientele of accident victims. Nathalie visits her husband and encourages him to cash in on his inventions. Bernadette maintains her phenomenal memory when she does not try to sell the objects that Antoine does not want to part with. Juliette, who is waiting for a role in the cinema, discovers that her friend Bernard has a son when the latter moves in with her. The three women get together sometimes to take advantage of their independence. The four men hardly confide in each other and experience their problems separately. It was then that Bernadette showed up for a game show. Each one soon follows the progression of the candidate towards the fifty million of the final test. And Bernadette wins when everyone leaves the hospital and ends up in a cafe to celebrate the event.
