"The Globe Trotter" is a walker upon a revolving globe, who runs it along country roads; on telegraph wires, ceilings, walls, and so on. There is a shift in the film after the globe manipulator is somewhat bewilderingly lifted from the roadway to the telegraph wires. The shift shows a "faked" wire stretched against a scenic sky, the "sky" waving freely as though no precaution when photographed had been taken against a breeze in the open air. The finish is a rapid whirl of the walker on the globe in mid-air.
