A young boy named Sparky and his father who was widowed by the horrific birthing process of his species (Involving the fetus tearing through the car's muffler) endure the trials and tribulations of life. All while caring for their friend Speedy after her recent tracheotomy. Then while Sparky's father starts a blossoming romance with Speedy she is brutally killed by a hooptie named Diesel wielding a foam replica of the Dragonslayer from Berzerk. Then Sparky's father goes on a roaring rampage of revenge to kill Diesel and avenge his love.
