Eddie is a Vietnam War veteran who loses both his arms and his legs when he accidentally steps on a land mine, but a brilliant surgeon is able to attach new limbs. Unfortunately, the surgeon's insanely jealous assistant, who has fallen in love with Eddie's fiancée, switches Eddie's DNA injections, transforming him into a huge, lumbering Frankenstein Monster-like brute.
