Two women are sent to jail for their separate involvement in prostitution and rebellion. En route to prison, their bus is ambushed but the troublesome twosome escape—only to be chased down by gangsters, corrupt police and revolutionaries.

Vile exploitation picture shot cheaply in the Philippines. Grier stars as a hooker and Markov as a radical revolutionary who are chained together at a women's rehabilitation center a la THE DEFIANT ONES (1958). While in prison they have to contend with the amorous advances of lesbian guards Borden and Burton. Soon the pair escape, murdering their tormenters in the process. The girls then meet up with island revolutionaries led by Zshornack, and dope dealers Diaz and Haig, who all team up for a bloody gun battle with cop Garcia and his men.
