Mayo, a female assassin, attempts to kill a yakuza boss, but things go awry. Mayo hesitates when she realizes the boss's bodyguard, Yamabe, saved her from being raped many years before. In the chaos, the husband of a pregnant young woman (Suzu) is killed by a stray bullet, and Mayo is shot in the leg. Later, Mayo attempts to kill the yakuza boss again just as Suzu appears to take her revenge for the death of her husband. Suzu fails and is captured and beaten, while Mayo succeeds in her task. His boss now dead and his obligations discharged, Yamabe, whose bullet killed Suzu's husband, decides to help her and also Mayo. The three are pursued by the yakuza to a deadly showdown.
