A rich Daulatrao Patil and poor Sada Sarbatwala are best friends when Balasaheb a corrupt politician tries to target Daulatrao in a election rally Sada manages to catch the culprits.Sada whose already in bad book of Balasaheb takes the blame of an accident committed by Daulatrao to save him and Balasaheb takes advantage of this situation by creating rift in their friendship by telling that his wife Sarawasti is pregnant with Daulatrao.Sada runs away with a toddler mistaking it to be Daulatrao's daughter and names her Bhingari.Years later Bhingari makes living by conning people and Sada ill treats her and only has hatred for Daulatrao due to misunderstanding but Bhingari indeed is daughter of himself.Deepak adopted son of Daulatrao falls in love with Bhingari but Balasaheb's son Sampat wants to marry her forcefully and also plans to eliminate Daulatrao by taking advantage of misunderstanding in Sada's mind.
