After being raised in the United States, twenty-two-year-old Mikel is suddenly deported to Albania. Struggling with his new reality, he tries to find a way out. An ocean apart, his eleven-year-old American born sister Angela, is left behind and must decide to stay or join her brother. While discovering where they belong, both find something unsuspecting.
