Prataprao Deshmukh lives with his only son Madhukar (Madhu) and is lured to by his assistants Landhge and Kolhe to to spend money on projects based for animal safety but for their benefits.Madhu warns him but he does not pay heed to it he loves Anju but is opposed by Prataprao so they decide to elope and marry with blessings of their friend Raja.Madhu leaves his house after Parataprao decides not to accept Anju and wants to make his name away from his father but struggles a lot during the time Prataprao suffers an heart attack decides to keep Madhu away from him and his estate.But seeing Madhu struggle Raja convinces Prataprao to give him at least 50 percent stake he agrees but on a condition that he divorces Anju.In order to help Madhu get his estate Raja and Anju plan to have a fake divorce of Madhu and Anju by pretending that he is having an affair with their friend Naina.
