The viewer is shown a number of short clips involving sporting activities, and is asked a question on that sport with multiple choice answers provided. After the answer to the question is given, the narrator provides greater insight into the person, event or sport queried. Among those clips shown and questions asked include the identity of a tennis pro, the identity of a US president who was a wrestling champion at his school, the length of the world record non-stop swim, the year of the first recorded 100 mph gasoline powered automobile drive, the city with the largest sports stadium in the US, the length of a rubber band inside a golf ball, and the world record distance for a one hour bicycle ride.
