Stop It!

The film is based on an actual incident in Oslo in 1975. Two 16-year-old boys have stolen a car and are discovered by the police. After a dramatic car chase, the boys try to run away on foot. However, a policeman draws a gun from 20 meters away and shoots one of the boys in the back, killing him. The film is about Reinert, the friend of the man who was shot. Reinert has finished middle school and is unemployed like most of his friends. He goes on a date, smokes a little dope, is with the gang and is unhappy. He actually wants a job, not a crappy job like his mother has. Reinert meets Siri, a girl with a permanent job and more determined opinions than is common in the gang. The murder of Kalle has made Reinert more socially conscious, Siri is helping to develop his attitudes. Something that is positive for the upcoming trial.
