Lucas and Pepa try to reconstruct with accuracy the picture of the first step taken on the Moon by filming it in a desert. In the process they realize the footage they are imitating is altered: the supposed first step they were trying to recreate was actually the second astronaut to step foot on the moon. They decide to follow sociologist Mirta Varela, who is writing a book about Argentinean television. They hope to find the original footage. Is it possible that no one ever saw the first step taken on the moon?
