• Is involved in several charitable organizations, including Ronald McDonald House, the Special Olympics, AIDS Project Los Angeles, and Feed the Children
• Started out as a radio DJ in South Dakota before moving to Los Angeles in 1987, where he was hired at the Westwood One Radio Network
• Joined Universal Studios Hollywood as a character actor in 1994 in "Beetlejuice's Graveyard Revue," in which he played the title character

• Has been the announcer for "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" since its original incarnation as "The Jay Leno Show" in 2009
• Has done voice-over work for numerous video games, including the "Batman: Arkham Asylum" franchise, "Soulcaliber IV," and "Quake 4․"
• In protest of Adam West not being recast as Batman in the series' new film in 1989, he wrote the parody song "Adam West," which was featured on "The Dr․ Demento Show" and in a Rolling Stone article
• Owns a suit once worn by entertainer and actor Andy Kaufman
